  高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)熱(re)(re)(re)一(yi)體(ti)機制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)工(gong)藝流程簡(jian)介如下機組(zu)蒸(zheng)發器(qi)里面的液態制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑經(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)系(xi)統內的循環水進行交換,溫(wen)(wen)度升高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao),由(you)液態變(bian)為(wei)氣態,被壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機吸氣口吸入(ru)(ru),經(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮后(hou)的高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑氣體(ti)先經(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)油(you)分(fen)離(li)器(qi),將壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮過(guo)(guo)程中攜(xie)帶的冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍機油(you)分(fen)離(li)干(gan)凈,而(er)(er)后(hou)進入(ru)(ru)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi),經(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)與環境(jing)空氣或冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水換熱(re)(re)(re),由(you)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的氣體(ti)變(bian)為(wei)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)液體(ti)。高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)常(chang)溫(wen)(wen)的制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑液體(ti),經(jing)(jing)干(gan)燥過(guo)(guo)濾器(qi),而(er)(er)后(hou)經(jing)(jing)過(guo)(guo)膨脹閥(fa)節流降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),即由(you)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)液體(ti)變(bian)為(wei)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)液體(ti)。低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)液體(ti)(沸點較低(di)(di))進入(ru)(ru)機組(zu)蒸(zheng)發器(qi),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)循環泵把(ba)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)量帶到循環系(xi)統實現制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)。
